Water, Fun, and Fierce Races – DSJ Schwimmfest 2025 Had It All!

On Friday, January 7th, 2025, our annual Schwimmfest turned the pool into a stage for excitement, competition, and plenty of splashes!

A group of people are diving into a swimming pool.

The day kicked off with our primary school swimmers  showing their skills in breaststroke, freestyle, and distance diving. With loud cheers from classmates, parents, and teachers, they pushed themselves to the limit, delivering some fantastic performances.


As the competition heated up, students from grades 5 to 7 took to the water, bringing energy and determination to every race. Then came the highly anticipated relay race for grades 8 to 11, where teams of four swam in succession. In a surprising upset, the grade 8 team outpaced the older students to claim victory!


To wrap up the day, we took a dive into the whimsical with our mermaid contest, where swimmers in mermaid tails showed off their aquatic grace.


A huge shoutout to all our swimmers, supporters, and organizers who made Schwimmfest 2025 a success. And a special thank you to the EVV for keeping everyone refreshed with fresh fruits and drinks.
