How to navigate the internet safely

During a 360-degree training for DSJ Teachers, Students and Parents YSafe took everyone on a capturing journey through the media jungle do's and don'ts.
The Cyber Safety & Social Media training took place at DSJ on the 9th and 10th of February 2023. Each training session was specially designed and targeted at the different age groups and took everyone on an enlightening journey through today's digital media clarifying some crucial do's and don'ts.
DSJ students enjoyed the Media Training as it was engaging and enabled them to develop their own set of tools to navigate safely and soundly through the internet. The teachers' training gave input on what is to come soon with more and more AI tools targeting students, teachers and schools in general. Parents also received an excellent overview of tools available to support their children safely managing multiple challenges of accessing many apps and internet-based resources.
