Requirements & Process

• Usually, only Primary 1 students are required to do a medical check-up at school by a team of doctors appointed by the school
• If students are unable to attend the medical check-up on the appointed day, then the medical check-up must be completed at the hospital designated by the school afterwards
• In this case, the medical check-up fee should be covered by the respective parents
