Help Name our DSJ Café

We finally have a school café — now it needs the perfect name! That’s where you come in. Get creative, submit your best German-inspired café name, and and leave your mark on our school’s newest hangout spot. Plus, you could win free coffee & treats!

Your ideas are needed! We’re looking for a catchy, memorable café name that reflects our school spirit, our beautiful Indonesian surroundings, and maybe even a little coffee trivia or German charm.

Here’s how it works:

☕️  Need inspiration? Think about our school, Jakarta and Indonesia, coffee culture, or German language, traditions, and wordplay. Your name should be in German — or at least partly so. Find some idea starters below!

☕️  Got a great idea? Share it with us through this Google Form! Entries are open from 5 May to 18 May — we can’t wait to see your suggestions!

🗳  Voting opens 19 May to 25 May — we will share the Voting Form Link on the 18 May here, and on Instagram. Everyone gets three votes, to pick their favorites. Choose wisely!

🏆  The winning name (picked by our community) comes with a sweet prize: a cup of free coffee every school day until the end of the semester! Not a coffee fan? No worries — you can grab a tea, milkshake, or another tasty treat instead.

🥈🥉 And there’s more! The second- and third-place winners will each enjoy free Coffee/treats for one school week. Plus — everyone who votes for the eventual winning name will receive our newest DSJ long-sleeve shirt.
