• Emergency Contact Form
• Recent Photograph of the Student (two sized 3x4 cm, one sized 2x3 cm)
• Copy of latest School Certificate and final Report Cards — students enrolling Grade 7 upwards should also submit all Report Cards from Grade 4 upwards
• Minimum of B1 German Certificate (for Students enrolling Grade 7 upwards)
• Copy of Parents' ID / Passport
• Copy of Student's Immunization Book / Card
• Complete a signed Financial Statement (over a legal stamp)
• Signed Agreement between Parents and the School
