Welcome, dear students and parents, to the start of the 2025/2026 school year.

“Children should not be filled like barrels, but lit like torches.”

This statement, made more than 500 years ago by Francois Rabelais, reflects an important focus of our educational work. We believe that students who learn with joy, curiosity, and fun can be empowered to achieve exceptional things.

Very few children know what career path they want to follow. Our teachers are there to support and challenge you/your children in a targeted manner. Continuous preparation for both university studies and the professional world is of crucial importance. That is why the development of skills for lifelong learning and scientific work, independence, and responsible work organization are part of our everyday school life.

On the other hand, social skills are particularly important today. A healthy awareness of how to deal with oneself and others is becoming increasingly important.

As parents, you have the task of creating the optimal conditions for your children's development outside of school. We want to create the same conditions in the school environment. By working closely together with parents, we can achieve the best possible conditions for you and your children.

I look forward to working with you and your children and wish us all a rewarding and successful school year 2025/26.

Dr. Jörg Dietze

Principal
